Keeping the Christ in Christmas
In Britain, recent years have seen "politically correct" attempts to kick Christ out of Christmas and even to keep Christmas off the calendar altogether, with local council attempts to ban Christmas lights and cards saying Happy Holidays rather than Merry Christmas.
Have other countries experienced similar erosions of Christmas? How can Christians ensure that Christ is kept in Christmas?

On Wednesday my mother died. My sister and I were there. We prayed again with our mother. Then she fell asleep peacefully in the arms of my sister. Our pastor arrived a short time later. He spoke again the blessing over our mother. The funeral will be next Friday. I ask for your prayers for our mother and us, in this time of parting.See More
