Code of Conduct

The social network pages of the London Internet Church are an area for members to meet in a safe, friendly environment. Our mother church is St Stephen Walbrook, which is Church of England, but membership is not restricted to Anglicans and we welcome members from all denominations and also non-Christians.

All members must follow our code of conduct. Anyone deliberately infringing it will be banned from membership.

Members agree:

to respect the views and principles of Christianity

to treat all members with respect

to use polite language that does not include swear words or offensive terms

not to ask other members for money or donations

not to advertise goods or services for sale on this website

to report any abusive behaviour or infringement of this code of conduct to the social network pages editor, another administrator or the Director

that the owners of this website accept no responsibility for members’ posts: members assume full responsibility for complying with all laws pertaining to posting material on the world wide web, such as those relating to copyright

that all posts made to the community pages express the views of the author and not of the Director, webmaster or administrators, who will not be held liable for any members’ views

not to give or sell information about any member to anyone for sales or advertising purposes

not to post any abusive, obscene, slanderous, insulting, hateful, threatening, racist, sexually-orientated material or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.

to respect other members' copyright. All artwork posted here remains the copyright of the individual artists. Before copying any artwork, members should ask permission from the artist or administrator (Lynda), who will convey the request to any artist who is a member of the Walbrook Art Group but not of the London Internet Church.

NB Additions may be made to the code of conduct as this website develops and we receive feedback from members.
